John Ryan and I

Hey, I’m Kristin. Thanks for stopping by. I'm a farmer's wife from the great State of Minnesota. I started blogging after a wise friend suggested it.  It started out as a way to share what was going on in the mind of an "awkward introvert", and quickly turned into therapy for a bereaved mother. We lost our beloved son John Ryan to an opioid addiction after an injury sustained during his time in the US Army, and life has completely changed. I continue to share my thoughts, but these days they are riddled with grief.  I continue to hope and pray that it's helpful to others. My faith is strong and I hope I can encourage yours.
